Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Orders:
  Once your order has been processed, packages will typically arrive within 2-6 days. This timeframe may vary depending on your location and other external factors beyond our control.

• Personalized/Commission Paintings:
  For personalized or commission paintings, please allow approximately 10 days for the painting to be completed. Once the artwork is finished, standard shipping applies, which typically takes 2-6 days.

Processing Time

• Standard Orders:
  All standard orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving your payment. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods.

• Personalized/Commission Paintings:
  The processing time includes the creation period for the artwork, which is approximately 10 days. Once completed, the order moves into the regular shipping process.

Shipping Confirmation

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you monitor your package's progress.

Delays
